O-shape & barrel

O-shape and barrel or balloon jeans are currently the hottest denim styles.

The O-shape cut: High or mid-rise. From the hips and thighs, they are extremely wide, rounded, and voluminous, before tapering towards the ankle.

The barrel cut: They are fitted and high-waisted at the top of the waist and hips. The width only starts at the thigh or even at the knee and then flares out in a wedge shape. Towards the ankle, it then becomes slightly narrower again.
