Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, JASAJ-FASHION.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract (§§ 355 ff. BGB).

You can inform us by initiating the return process in the shop under Withdrawal. You can also inform us by email at info@jasaj-fashion.com or via WhatsApp +491608569069. Please include your full name in all cases.

To comply with the withdrawal period, please inform us in writing within the period.

We will send you the DHL return label by email. The return of the package is not free of charge. We will deduct a flat fee of €5,20 (€12,50 for other EU countries) from the credit note. The refund will be made within 2 days of receipt of the shipment, provided there are no problems with the return. Please use the DHL label provided by us, as it is cheaper for you and we are liable for the return shipment.

If you organize the return yourself, please note that you are then liable for any loss of the shipment. Therefore, only send your return with a tracking number and insured shipping. In any case, you must register the return in advance. In this case, the flat-rate return fee specified in the return process does not apply.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the cost of returning the goods. To ensure that the goods are adequately insured, please request the DHL return label from us. Returns that are handed over to DHL after 14 days can no longer be accepted. In this case, we will return the shipment to you.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to items that have not been customized or altered. The right of withdrawal expires for personalized products.

Loss of value

You must compensate us for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. This means that a loss in value of the goods occurs if the goods are no longer saleable due to wearing, washing, or other signs of use, as well as removal of the security label, removal/damage to the original packaging, or missing accessories.

In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without a refund of the purchase price.

Refund of the purchase price

Once we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the credit note to be issued. The refund will be made immediately. Please note:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.
  • The amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer and card or account holder.
  • If the return was purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
  • The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the respective payment method or credit card.
  • If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund for the actual amount paid, which was charged to you after the voucher was applied. The promotional voucher will then lose its validity.
  • If you return part of your order, you will receive a pro-rata refund proportional to the voucher value.
