Delivery costs and delivery times

We process and ship orders during DHL's pickup times. These are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CET and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CET (except on public holidays). The goods are ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment. During the holiday season, processing your orders may take a little longer. However, you will be notified of this directly on our website.

The delivery costs are €4.99 for all orders within Germany under €99 and €9.99 for orders under €149 for Austria (express delivery excluded).
