Delivery costs and delivery times

We process and ship orders during DHL's pickup hours. These are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CET, and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CET (excluding public holidays). Orders will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment.

The delivery costs are 4.99 euros for all orders within Germany under 99 euros and 9.99 euros for orders under 149 euros for other EU countries ( express delivery excluded).
