Loyalty Discount for my Regular Customers

As a JASAJ Insider, your loyalty will pay off for you in the following year.
Your annual turnover will be assigned a status by us, from Bronze to Platinum.

With increasing turnover, your world of benefits will shine ever brighter. If you level up, you'll enjoy that status for at least one year – regardless of whether your points total later falls below the respective threshold.
We will regularly inform you about your turnover and the associated status. The discount is based on the previous year's turnover (always deducting returns). Your price advantage will therefore be adjusted annually, and you will receive a new voucher code if you fall into a different status.

Important to know! For our system, a "customer" is identified by the email address stored with us. So please always order with the same email address. The granted bonus is non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash.

Here's an overview of the discount for each status:
Bronze Status 5% discount
Previous year's turnover 1,000 to 2,999 Euros

Silver Status 7% discount
Previous year's turnover 3,000 to 4,999 Euros

Gold Status 10% discount
Previous year's turnover 5,000 to 8,999 Euros

Platinum Status 15% discount
Previous year's turnover over 9,000 Euros

Terms and Conditions Loyalty Program: The discount of 5% to 15% is based on the previous year's turnover. Turnover includes all orders minus returns. Cash payment is not possible. Not transferable and only applicable to non-reduced items. JASAJ reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty program at any time. However, we will inform you in writing at least 2 months in advance about any changes. Furthermore, we reserve the right to discontinue the program without replacement with 12 months' notice at the end of the year.
