Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, JASAJ-FASHION.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract ( §§ 355 ff. BGB ).

You can notify us by initiating the return process in the shop upon cancellation . You can also notify us by email at info@jasaj-fashion.com or via WhatsApp at +491608569069 . Please always include your full name.

To comply with the cancellation period, please inform us in writing within the deadline.

You will receive the DHL return label from us via email. Returning the package is not free. We will deduct a flat rate of €4.99 (€9.99 for EU countries) from the credit note. The refund will be processed within two days of receipt of the shipment, provided there are no issues with the return. Please use the DHL label we provide, as it is more cost-effective for you and we are liable for the return shipment.

If you arrange the return yourself, please note that you are liable for any loss of the shipment. Therefore, please only return your item with a tracking number and insured shipping. In any case, you must register the return in advance. The return shipping fee included in the return process will, of course, not apply in this case.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. To ensure that the goods are adequately insured, please request the DHL return label from us. Returns handed over to DHL after 14 days can no longer be considered. In this case, we will return the shipment to you.

Grounds for exclusion or expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to items that have not been customized or modified. The right of withdrawal expires for personalized products.

Loss of value

You are liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from handling other than necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning. This means that a loss of value of the goods occurs when the goods are no longer saleable due to wear, washing, or other signs of wear, such as the removal of the security label, removal of/damage to the original packaging, or missing accessories.

In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without a refund of the purchase price.

Refund of the purchase price

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email of the credit note to be issued. The refund will be processed immediately. Please note:

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The debited amount is always refunded to the buyer and card or account holder.
• If the return was purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
• The time for refund depends on the payment method or credit card.
• If you made your purchase using a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund for the actual amount charged after the voucher was applied. The promotional voucher will then no longer be valid.
• If you return part of your order, you will receive a refund proportional to the voucher value.
